We want you to be confident before you buy, which is why there's a free 14-day trial. After you buy:
30-day refund
If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, as long as the subscription has not been used in production. "Used in production" means you have exported an audit package or evidence bundle, given an external auditor access, or published your Trust Center.
To request a refund, email support@zerosandones.us from the account owner's address with your organization name. We process approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method.
After 30 days
Fees are non-refundable after 30 days, except:
- if we terminate your subscription without cause, or you terminate because we materially breached our Terms and didn't fix it, we refund prepaid fees for the remaining term; and
- as described in our Service Level Agreement or Terms (for example a pro-rata refund for a warranty failure we can't fix).
Multi-year and founding-customer subscriptions
The 30-day refund applies to the first year of a multi-year or founding-customer subscription. After that, the remaining years are committed for the term. If you are on founding-customer pricing and request a refund within 30 days, the founding-customer commitments end too.
Add-ons and onboarding
Add-ons follow the same 30-day rule from the date they're added. Onboarding fees are refundable if the onboarding kickoff hasn't happened yet.
AWS Marketplace purchases
If you bought through AWS Marketplace, refunds are processed by AWS. Email support@zerosandones.us with your AWS account ID and agreement ID; we approve eligible refunds under this same policy and submit them to AWS.
Renewals
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in billing settings. If a renewal charge goes through that you meant to cancel, tell us within 14 days of the renewal date and, as long as you haven't used the Service since renewal, we'll refund it.
