Subprocessors

Version 1.0Effective October 22, 2026

Zeros and Ones LLC uses the subprocessors below to provide ezGRC. Each one is bound by written data-protection terms that are no less protective than our Data Processing Addendum.

SubprocessorPurposeData processedLocation
Amazon Web Services, Inc.Hosting, database, file storage, backupsAll Customer DataUnited States (US East, N. Virginia)
Amazon Web Services, Inc. (Amazon SES)Transactional email (invitations, notifications, password resets)Names, email addresses, message contentUnited States
Stripe, Inc.Card and ACH payments for direct purchasesBilling contact, payment detailsUnited States

AI features use the AI provider you connect (for example Anthropic or OpenAI). Prompts go to that provider under your own account and your agreement with it, so it is your vendor, not our subprocessor. If we host a model for you as an optional service, it runs on the AWS infrastructure above.

AWS Marketplace purchases are billed by Amazon Web Services under the AWS Marketplace terms. AWS acts as the reseller for those orders, not as a subprocessor of Customer Data.
